HOUSES - New York City This Moderate Income housing development occurs on two sites, one site (502 West 151St Street) is shown herewith and the second site is mid-block and contains three (3) New Law Tenements. |

| These
New Law Tenements have been unified by the design of a public corridor
that connects the three buildings horizontally. Vertical transportation
is accomplished via hydraulic elevators. The apartments are completely
redesigned yielding 89 dwelling units ranging from 0-bedroom to 3-bedrooms.
Two of the four entrances were closed allowing planters to be been created.
The two remaining entrances have been made handicap accessible via concrete
ramps. This six (6) story complex received new windows, new life support systems, new interior finishes and new exterior finishes. This development was built utilizing the Section 8 program by HUE) and flinds provided by NYC Housing Development Corporation. The site is in the historic Hamilton Heights section of New York City. |
